Founded in 1989, Cornerstone Architects specializes in architectural design for both residential and commercial projects. We are an established medium sized firm dedicated to excellent and innovative designs, professional services and integrity to the field of architecture.

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Our growing business requires us to open immediate positions for the following:


Residential Project Manager

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
• A Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s degree
• A minimum of seven to ten years of experience in an architecture firm is required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documents is mandatory, REVIT is preferred
• Architect registration is encouraged, but not required
• Responsibilities include all aspects of management for residential projects including client relations, design development, construction document coordination, consultant coordination, etc.

Office Assistant

This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Team, Business Manager, and Marketing Manager. This is an entry level position for a professional with office administrative support and customer service skillsets, along with a desire to grow a long-term career with our company.

Job Duties Include:
• Reception Duties – Primary Phone Support, Greeting Clients, etc.
• Support Business Manager with Administrative and Office Management Tasks – Conference Room Scheduling, Ordering Office Supplies, Breakroom Management, Office Event Support
• Support Marketing Manager with projects as needed
• Planbook Website Support with Client Inquiries
• Executive Team Support as needed
• Microsoft Applications Suite (Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel, Power Point)
• Adobe Photoshop is encouraged

Commercial Project Coordinator

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent with a focus on Sustainable Design
• A minimum of five years of experience in the position offered or similar position
• A minimum of two years of advance use of Revit, AutoCAD, and MasterSpec commercial software
• A minimum of two years of experience creating Commercial Marketing collateral, renderings, and animations using Lumion, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative software suite
• A minimum of two years of experience with research and implementation of local/state/federal building and energy codes
• A minimum of two years with local building and site permitting process
• A minimum of two years with all aspects of design development, construction document coordination, and consultant coordination, etc.
